Dave Lowe was born in New York City, grew up California, and is currently based in Southeast Asia, where he works as a writer and marketing consultant.
Work has taken him to Australia, Vietnam, the Maldives, Thailand and Hong Kong, while life has taken him to more than seventy other countries.
His earliest memories of travel include taking clattering subway trains beneath the streets of Manhattan, flying shiny Boeing 707’s across the Atlantic, and riding around in the back seat of a fire engine red Volvo 244DL across the wild American West.
